Recuerda que no hay que comer por dos en el embarazo. Los requerimientos nutricionales durante la gestaci\u00f3n aumentan si los comparamos con los de la mujer no gestante. El aporte energ\u00e9tico diario no deber\u00eda superar las 2500-2600 Kcal\/d\u00eda. El aumento de peso en un embarazo se aconseja que sea de 9 a 13 kgr. En un embarazo gemelar puede llegar a 15 kgr. Se aconseja que sigas estos consejos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Come fruta, verduras, hortalizas, legumbres, frutos secos, farin\u00e1ceos preferentemente integrales (pan, pasta, arroz y patatas), as\u00ed como cantidades moderadas de carne, pescado y huevos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Reparte la ingesta en 5 \u00f3 6 comidas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bebe preferentemente agua (de cuatro a ocho vasos al d\u00eda aproximadamente). No tomes alcohol.<br \/>\n&#8211; Modera el consumo de sal, y usa sal yodada (si no tienes problemas de tiroides)Come de 4 a 5 raciones de verdura y fruta. Cuando las comas, l\u00edmpialas bien con agua abundante.<br \/>\n&#8211; Come pescado dos veces a la semana, aporta omega 3, necesario para el buen desarrollo del feto. No consumas grandes peces predadores como pez espada, emperador y at\u00fan por su alto contenido en mercurio.<br \/>\n&#8211; Toma l\u00e1cteos (3 \u00f3 4 raciones al d\u00eda). No tomes leche sin pasteurizar o cualquier queso que no est\u00e9 pasteurizado, ya que pueden contener Listeria, un microorganismo que afecta el desarrollo correcto del feto.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cocina suficientemente las carnes y el pollo, evita que queden partes crudas, ya que la carne cruda puede contener toxoplasma, el par\u00e1sito que causa la toxoplasmosis, afectando el desarrollo del feto.<br \/>\n&#8211; En relaci\u00f3n con la congelaci\u00f3n de la carne o embutidos de carne cruda, el toxoplasma se inactiva a \u201324 grados, durante un d\u00eda entero.<br \/>\n&#8211; En general no comas crudo ning\u00fan alimento de origen animal, como huevos, pescado (sushi), marisco, y carne (carpaccio). Limpia las superficies y utensilios de cocina despu\u00e9s de manipular alimentos crudos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Evita condimentos picantes ya que puedes sentir malestar y ardores.<br \/>\n&#8211; No tomes infusiones estimulantes o laxantes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Es recomendable que evites el consumo de bebidas estimulantes como el caf\u00e9, el t\u00e9 y la coca cola.<\/p>\n<!-- Begin Yuzo --><div
